in a shocking display of clarity, i was reading david kirsch’s diet and exercise plan and angry at myself for having a little peanut butter this morning when i realized that i actually don’t need, at this particular point in time, a 14-day total overhaul. not right now, at least, and that the fact that i had a healthy breakfast is kind of just good in and of itself.
i need to start getting to bed earlier. like, asleep by 11 or 12. no more staying up til 4 or 5 am. and in that case, no more eating after 9 pm, latest. i need to eat bigger breakfasts, with more protein and less carbs.
if i could afford it, and when i get a new job (which will hopefully be soon), i’m going to try to eat more salmon, an avocado a few times a week, and more fruit and veggies. right now, jerry is covering food for me because i’m literally flat broke, but hopefully when i get some money i can make sure i eat salads (no dressing, of course) more often, maybe even with chicken breast for protein.
i know that i need to eat, but i want to lose weight and tone up, still. i can’t give up on that. and i’m not going to.
it just sucks that i don’t have any proper exercise equipment. again, hopefully i’ll get the job i applied for today, which pays a TON of money, and then i can join a gym so i can use the elliptical again.
i downloaded a PDF of david kirsch’s book (he trains victoria’s secret models) with his 14-day extreme workout/diet plan. i really, really want to do it, but i don’t have any of the equipment. boof.
anyway.
back to drinking water and doing crunches. i want to do another 200 before i go to bed, which will hopefully be soon.
jerry made me eat pasta for dinner. literally watched me, and when i was ACTUALLY full (i really was!), he said it wasn’t enough.
he thinks i should gain the weight back that i lost and not lose any more.
i really wish i could see what he does when i look at myself.
